Construction Services Agreement

Effective Date: April 08, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and [Construction Company Name] ("Contractor").

2. Scope of Services

Our company specializes in warehouse and industrial infrastructure construction, including but not limited to:

  • Building Construction: Complete construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Architecture Design: Innovative architectural designs and planning services
  • Building Renovation: Professional renovation and remodeling services
  • Repair & Expansion: Structural repairs and building expansion solutions
  • Flooring & Roofing: Premium flooring and roofing installation
  • General Contracting: Complete project management services

3. Project Agreements

3.1 Contract Formation

All construction projects require a written contract signed by both parties. The contract shall include:

  • Detailed scope of work
  • Project timeline with milestones
  • Total contract price and payment schedule
  • Materials specifications and quality standards
  • Warranty terms and conditions
  • Safety protocols and insurance requirements

3.2 Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope must be documented as Change Orders, including:

  • Description of change
  • Impact on project timeline
  • Additional costs or savings
  • Written approval from both parties

4. Payment Terms

Payment Stage Percentage Trigger Event
Initial Deposit 20% Contract signing and project commencement
Foundation Completion 25% Foundation inspection and approval
Structural Completion 25% Structural framing and roofing completion
Finishing Stage 20% Interior finishing and system installations
Final Payment 10% Project completion and client acceptance
Note: All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Timeline & Delays

We commit to providing realistic project timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Material delivery delays
  • Permitting or regulatory delays
  • Client-requested changes
  • Force majeure events

Any delays will be communicated promptly with revised completion dates.

6. Quality Standards

All construction work shall:

  • Comply with national and local building codes
  • Use materials specified in the contract
  • Adhere to industry best practices
  • Pass all required inspections
  • Meet or exceed agreed quality standards

7. Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty Coverage

  • Structural Components: 10 years from completion date
  • Roofing Systems: 5 years from completion date
  • Mechanical Systems: 2 years from completion date
  • Workmanship: 1 year from completion date
  • Materials: Manufacturer's warranty period

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

8. Safety & Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:

  • General Liability Insurance: $5,000,000
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance
  • Builder's Risk Insurance
  • Professional Liability Insurance

Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the construction site
  • Obtain necessary permits (unless specified in contract)
  • Make timely payments as per schedule
  • Provide decisions and approvals promptly
  • Maintain site security and utilities

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  1. Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve through direct negotiation
  2. Mediation: If unresolved, parties shall engage in mediation
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, binding arbitration shall be pursued
  4. Litigation: As a last resort, parties may pursue legal action

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract:

  • With 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach of contract
  • Due to force majeure events lasting more than 60 days

Upon termination, Client shall pay for work completed and materials ordered.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Project plans and specifications
  • Financial terms and pricing
  • Proprietary construction methods
  • Client business information

13. Sustainability Commitment

We are committed to sustainable construction practices including:

  • Use of eco-friendly materials
  • Energy-efficient design implementation
  • Waste reduction and recycling
  • Water conservation measures
  • Sustainable site development

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts of [Your City/Region].

15. Amendments
